If you have an account
Log in to your GLYX account and navigate to My Orders to view your order details and current status. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, a tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can follow its progress.
If you checked out as a guest
No problem. You may create an account at any time using the same email address used at checkout, and your order will automatically appear under My Orders.
Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order is ready to ship. Please allow some time for the courier to scan the package and update tracking activity. Orders prepared over the weekend will update on the next business day.
Yes. All moissanite pieces are GRA-certified, independently graded for cut, clarity, and brilliance—verifying authenticity and exceptional optical performance.
Each moissanite piece is accompanied by an official GRA certification card for your records.
Shipping & Handling Times
At GLYX, every piece is carefully prepared and shipped through our global fulfillment partners to ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days and typically arrive within 10–25 business days, though some deliveries may take up to 30 business days depending on location, customs, and shipping conditions.
Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia, and all orders include tracking information so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and international deliveries may be subject to customs duties or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our collections, we do not accept general returns or exchanges, but we will gladly assist if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost in transit. In such cases, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Order Cancelations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by logging into your GLYX account and navigating to My Orders. From there, select the order and submit a cancellation request.
If you checked out as a guest, you may create an account using the same email address used at checkout to access your order.
Our team begins processing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, cancellation requests or order changes cannot be guaranteed once this window has passed or once processing has begun. Once an order enters production or fulfillment, it is considered final.
